Thank you for shopping with The Raye Collection. Please read the information below carefully to understand our shipping process, timelines, and expectations.
Processing Times
All custom color orders are made to order:
- Production for standard custom colors: 6 –8 business days
- Production for Winter Luxe colors: 7–10 business days
Production begins only after your color details are confirmed via Instagram DM with @therayecollection_. Winter Luxe Collection available through 2/28!!!
Shipping Times
Once production is complete, your order will be shipped via our standard carrier:
- Domestic: 2–5 business days
- International: 7–14 business days (may vary depending on customs)
Tracking information will be provided via email once your order ships.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
- Free shipping thresholds or promotions, if available, will be displayed at checkout.
Order Changes & Cancellations
- Custom color orders cannot be changed or canceled once production has started.
- Please ensure all color details are correct and confirmed before production begins.
Lost or Delayed Packages
- Once an order has been shipped, The Raye Collection is not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to the carrier.
- Please contact your local postal service with your tracking number for assistance.
- If there is a confirmed shipping error on our end, we will work with you to resolve it.
