Custom Color Orders
If you have placed an order for a custom color, all color details must be confirmed via Instagram DM.
Please DM @therayecollection_ within 24 hours of purchase with the following:
- Your full name (as listed on your order)
- Your order number
- A description of the color job requested
- Inspiration Photos (if applicable)
Custom color orders are made to order. Production will begin only after color details are confirmed.
Orders that do not receive a DM may experience delays.
